In this experiential session, we begin by exploring the challenges of disjointed communication, staff burnout, and the erosion of empathy in today’s healthcare system. We give participants the opportunity to practice three specific skills: Mindfulness, Reflective Listening, and Gratitude to demonstrate the powerful potential impact on both the individual and institutional levels. We also highlight the measurable outcomes of this healthcare transformation, including but not limited to reductions in burnout and staff turnover rates, improved patient experiences, and better clinical outcomes.

Learning Objectives:

Explore the current challenges healthcare institutions and providers face in maintaining efficient, compassionate, and collaborative environments, describe the symptoms of burnout
