Brent A. Senior MD, FACS, FARS is Harold C. Pillsbury III Distinguished Professor of Otolaryngology and Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he also serves as Vice Chair of Academic Affairs and Outreach as well as Chief of Rhinology, Allergy, and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery. Dr. Senior has lectured and instructed in nearly 450 national and international otolaryngology courses and authored 180 articles and chapters in the field. He has co-edited three textbooks, including “The Frontal Sinus,” now in its second edition. Dr. Senior’s passion for education has been honored with his receipt of “Teacher of the Year” awards while his clinical expertise has been honored with several “Top Doctor” awards. He currently serves as Vice President of Development and Strategy of the American Rhinologic Society, Secretary General of the International Rhinologic Society, Past President of the American Rhinologic Society, and President of the Christian Society of Otolaryngology.
