Attendees will participate in a case-based panel discussion on the diagnosis and management of sphenoid sinus lesions. The session will review clinical presentations, imaging features, and differential diagnoses, including fungal disease, fibro-osseous lesions, inverted papilloma, malignancy, and CSF leaks, with emphasis on practical decision-making in both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to recognize the various clinical presentations, signs and symptoms of sphenoid sinus lesions.
Participants will be able to formulate a differential diagnosis of sphenoid sinus lesions.
Participants will gain the ability to identify potential options for the medical and surgical management of sphenoid sinus lesions, while actively involving patients in shared decision-making.
