Dr. Mehta MD, MPH, FACS is a head and neck surgical oncologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He finished his residency at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and then head and neck fellowship at UPMC. Additionally, he has since completed his MPH degree at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Dr. Mehta has published numerous manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and chapters on head and neck cancer outcomes, quality improvement and cost-effectiveness research. He also holds several national leadership positions including a 4-year term starting in 2021 as the AAO-HNSF Coordinator for Research and Quality.
