Ryan Dewan, BS is a third year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Public Health from the University at Buffalo. His research focuses on pediatric otolaryngology, specifically investigating parental and decisional regret in parents for patients who are undergoing tonsillectomy. In addition to his primary presentation, he also conducts research investingating obesity and its potential risk factor in thyroid cancer and different methods to teach ENT topics.
