This course is designed to give the participants a basic understanding of AI, strengths and weaknesses of the technology, current real-world use in Otolaryngology, regulatory and ethical considerations, societal and environmental impact, and where future of AI may lead us. Participants will learn in an interactive, entertaining format with the Course Directors.

Learning Objectives:

Describe the foundational concepts that define and enable Artificial Intelligence.
Discuss how Artificial Intelligence is currently used as it pertains to Otolaryngology and the potential pitfalls for its use.
Synthesize ways in which Artificial Intelligence may support the practice of Otolaryngology and how it may negatively impact practice.
