Scott R. Gibbs MD. I am the Division Chief of Otolaryngology at the Marshall University School of Medicine. I have been with Marshall University for 13 years. Previously, I was in private practice in Huntington West Virginia. I also work part-time at the Huntington VA Medical Center. I completed a sub specialty fellowship in laryngology with Dr. Andrew Blitzer in June 1999. My residency training was UT Southwestern Medical Center July 1992 to June 1998
