Kyle Hatten, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he serves as Chief of the Division of Head & Neck Surgery. He is also Physician Lead for Oncology Partnerships and External Community Development at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Dr. Hatten specializes in the surgical care of patients with head and neck pathology and has helped develop multidisciplinary programs focused on coordinated, patient-centered cancer care across the University of Maryland Medical System and regional partner sites. His academic and clinical interests include head and neck oncology, transoral robotic surgery, HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer, clinical trial development, and strategies to improve access to high-quality cancer care through regional collaboration and outreach.
