Rodrigo Bayon, MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He completed medical school at the University of South Florida. He went on to a residency at Northwestern University and a fellowship in Head and Neck and Microvascular Surgery at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. He specializes in reconstruction of conplex head and neck defects as well as trans-oral surgery for cancers of the larynx and pharynx.
