David Forner MD MSc FRCSC is a head and neck surgical oncologist and microvascular reconstructive surgeon at the University of Michigan with an interest in clinical epidemiology and clinical research. His research has three main pillars, including Decision-Making in Head and Neck Cancer, Cost-Effectiveness and Decision-Modeling in Head and Neck Oncology, and Challenging Dogmas in Otolaryngology. Further work includes clinical trials within head and neck oncology, and large multi-center international collaborative work to study rare diseases and uncommon outcomes.
