Mona Yuan is a third-year medical student at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Prior to medical school, she earned her B.S. in Neuroscience at Carnegie Mellon University and conducted head and neck cancer research at NYU and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Her research interests center on head and neck oncology, immunotherapy and surgical outcomes, socioeconomic factors in cancer care, and medical education.
