Fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon and academic leader who pairs complex surgical care with a sustained record of building and directing clinical programs, graduate medical education, and surgical operations across military and academic health systems. Currently Medical Director of the Mays Cancer Center Head and Neck Oncology Clinic and Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio, with prior leadership as Chief of Otolaryngology, Residency Program Director, and elected National and State professional society president. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with more than 25 years of service (including operational mission command), now pursuing an MBA focused on health-system strategy and operational leadership in academic medicine.
