Hailie Hayes is a fourth-year medical student at the Medical College of Georgia with an interest in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Her academic interests include pediatric otolaryngology, head and neck oncology, clinical research, and improving access to specialty care through community engagement. She has presented research at national conferences and is passionate about advancing evidence-based care. Hailie plans to pursue residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
