Jessica Lewis-Cruz, MD, is a current third year Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Resident at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) in Tacoma, Washington. A proud graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Science while serving as a two-year captain for the Division I Army West Point Women's Basketball team. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) and completed a Transitional Year Internship at MAMC prior to starting Otolaryngology residency. Dr. Lewis-Cruz is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and teaching and is interested in pursuing fellowhip in the future.
