Deeya Bhattacharya, B.S. is a fourth-year medical student at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Johns Hopkins University in neuroscience and linguistics. She spent two years at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center as a clinical research coordinator within the Department of Neurology & Neuroimmunology. At Rush, she helps with many research projects and advocacy efforts. She is now aspiring a career in otolaryngology.
