The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting Program Coordinator is Dr. Daniel Chelius, MD, FAAP, FACS, an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he is codirector of the Texas Children's Hospital Pediatric Head and Neck Tumor Program, an attending surgeon in the Pediatric Thyroid Tumor Program, and Surgical DIrector of Perioperative Services. Dr. Chelius completed his B.A. in Religious Studies at Rice University before graduating with honors from Baylor College of Medicine in 2005. After Otolaryngology residency at Baylor, he went on to Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Children's Mercy Hospital/The University of Kansas. He is the past-President of the Houston Society of Otolaryngology, past-Chair of the AAOHNS Young Physicians Section, and councilor ex-officio for Baylor College of Medicine's chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha. He is a member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology and the American Head and Neck Society where he serves on the Pediatric Endocrine Surgery Committee.
