The primary areas of my interest in skull base surgery are osteomyelitis, oncology, and reconstruction. My surgical practice is mainly in expanded endoscopic endonasal approaches (EEEA), transfacial approaches, lateral skull base surgery (Fisch International Microsurgical Foundation [FIMF] approaches), and a recent interest in Endoscopic Transorbital Approaches (ETOS). I practice in this field with the Department of Neurosurgery at CMC, Vellore, one of the largest tertiary-care teaching hospitals in India.
