Throughout the practice of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, gaps in evidence leave clinicians without definitive answers to important questions. But as colleagues share their experiences and air their disagreements, those spaces of uncertainty can start to fill with valuable insights—and more than a few laughs.

This exchange of ideas will play out on stage during the Pardon the OTO-ruption session. Expert panelists will challenge each other on rapid-fire topics during a game show format that educates as much as it entertains.

The moderator will award points to the panelists for their answers, as well as their sass. The audience has the opportunity to vote up or vote down those points. A referee will clarify the actual evidence behind the panelists’ responses at the end.

The real winners will be attendees who gain knowledge from some of the brightest minds in the specialty.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify key challenges and opportunities facing otolaryngologists in private practice, including financial sustainability, staffing, and integration of new technologies.
  • Evaluate innovative practice models and operational strategies that enhance patient care, efficiency, and work-life balance in the private practice setting.
  • Apply practical solutions and lessons learned from experienced private practitioners to optimize clinical workflows, patient experience, and long-term practice growth.
