This session will provide a practical, step-by-step overview of transitioning salivary gland procedures, particularly sialendoscopy, into the office setting. Attendees will learn patient selection criteria, local anesthesia techniques, instrumentation, workflow optimization, nursing support, postoperative care, and financial considerations. The session will highlight how office-based salivary surgery can improve patient experience, expand access to minimally invasive care, and enhance practice efficiency.
