Attendees can expect to learn about how to follow patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps after starting a biologic in terms of understanding disease control, adverse events and options for de-escalation.

Learning Objectives:

Choose outcome measures, which may consist of patient-reported outcomes measures, objective findings such as nasal endoscopy, and biomarkers to track in their CRSwNP patients who are on biologics in order to differentiate responders and non-responders.
Utilize knowledge of the expected time courses of adverse events to establish a frame work for scheduling follow up and touchpoints with their CRSwNP patients on biologics.
Determine when it is appropriate to de-escalate biologic therapy for CRSwNP and have strategies for how to implement de-escalation of biologic therapy.
