How to pick the right cases, the right kids to operate on, and when to refer out to larger centers

Learning Objectives:

Define “Under-resourced” Practice.
Recognize limitations and pitfalls of pediatric ENT in an under-resourced environment .
Share advantages of smaller practice environments over quaternary care pediatric practices. Compare multidisciplinary care implementation and success stories within these practice types. Present reasonable plans of action for both complex problems and complex children.
