This panel will focus on the management algorithm of salivary gland malignancy for the community otolaryngologist. This will include recent changes being rolled out for FNA reporting of salivary gland tumors (Milan system) and management of low and intermediate grade salivary gland malignancy. Each panelist will present a 10-12 minutes talk and 20 minutes will be dedicated for case based discussion of commonly encountered scenarios in the work up and management of salivary gland tumors.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the changes made to the most recent WHO classification and reporting of salivary gland malignancy as well as the NCCN guidelines of management.
Understand the algorithm of management of low and intermediate grade salivary gland malignancy.
Recognize the indications of referral for adjuvant therapy in salivary gland malignancy.
