Frontal sinus disease has remained a challenge to treat for general otolaryngologists and for fellowship
trained rhinologists. This course will discuss the important sinus anatomy, including
revision sinus surgery anatomy, treatment algorithms including medical and surgical options, and multiple
video clips will be shown to enhance the presentation. Finally, we will show and discuss advanced surgical
technique including Draf I through Draf III surgery.
This course will use lecture slides to teach primary and revision frontal sinus anatomy. It will also use step -
by- step video demonstrations to demonstrate basic and advanced frontal sinus surgical technique. Finally,
we will have a discussion of the latest medical and surgical treatment options for various pathologies that are
found in frontal sinus disease.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, participants should be comfortable in navigating the complex surgical anatomy of the frontal sinus in primary and revision surgery.
Participants will learn frontal sinus surgical techniques from Draf I to Draf III with the aid of lecture and video.
Participants will learn the indications for extended frontal sinus procedures
