The attendees will learn about the latest recommendations for the management of pediatric Sjogren's syndrome, Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA)and Autoimmune Hearing loss. Specifically, the comprehensive otolaryngologist will be able to identify risk factors for pediatric Sjogren's syndrome, outcomes from sialoendoscopy and the role of lower lip or parotid biopsy. For GPA, the comprehensive otolaryngologist will be able to identify what presenting signs and symptoms are suggestive of pediatric GPA, and tips for diagnosis through biopsy. Lastly, for autoimmune hearing loss, we will focus on characteristic presenting signs and symptoms and approaches for treatment.

Describe the most common pediatric autoimmune conditions a comprehensive otolaryngologist will encounter.
Identify the signs or symptoms that would heighten the suspicion for an autoimmune condition.
Learn the role of the otolaryngologist in each of these conditions.
