Michael J. Marino, MD is consultant and associate professor of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. He also serves as the residency program director. He completed fellowship training in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School at Houston. Dr. Marino completed residency training and medical school at the Tulane University School of Medicine. He also received his BA in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology and biotechnology at Yale University. Dr. Marino’s clinical interests include chronic rhinosinusitis, endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, and management of epistaxis. He is also interested in medical education and research in clinical outcomes, healthcare-related quality of life, and clinician instruments. He is the author of over 85 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters.
