Dr. Rafael De Cicco is a head and neck surgeon with a PhD in Oncology and extensive experience in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He leads the Head and Neck Surgery Department at Instituto de Câncer Dr. Arnaldo and coordinates clinical trials and observational studies focused on thyroid cancer, radiofrequency ablation, robotic surgery, and voice rehabilitation after laryngectomy. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international meetings . Dr. De Cicco is also a board member of the Brazilian Society of Head and Neck Surgery, and is member of ATA, LATS, AHNS. He is also an active educator in advanced surgical training programs.
