Dr. Babak Azizzadeh is a Harvard-trained, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon globally recognized for deep plane facelifts, facial reanimation, and rhinoplasty. He pioneered selective neurolysis and advanced innovation in aesthetic and reconstructive facial surgery worldwide. He is the 2026 president-elect of the AAFPRS, the Director of the CENTER for Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery, and Clinical Chief at Cedars-Sinai.
