Mack L. Cheney, MD is Executive Director of the Kletjian Foundation and Professor of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard Medical School. An internationally recognized facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Cheney previously led the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service and the Office of Global Surgery and Health at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. He has dedicated his career to advancing head and neck reconstruction, auricular reconstruction, and sustainable global surgery initiatives. Through the Kletjian Foundation, Dr. Cheney continues to build long-term partnerships that strengthen surgical capacity, train local surgeons, and expand access to high-quality surgical care in low-resource settings worldwide.
