Ryan Ziltzer MD MPH is a fourth year resident of the West Virginia University Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He completed his dual Medical Degree and Master of Public Health at University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. He is interested in laryngology, database research, clinical outcomes research, quality improvement, and statistics and study design.
