Medical College of Wisconsin
Robin Reinke Cullinane, M.S., is a fourth-year medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin pursuing a career in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery. At AAO-HNS, she is presenting her poster, “Clinical Presentation, Diagnostic Work-up, and Management of Pediatric Otologic Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Infections: A Systematic Review,” which synthesizes the available literature on pediatric otologic NTM infections to support earlier recognition and more standardized care. Robin’s otolaryngology research includes collaborations with Harvard Medical School/Mass Eye and Ear, Medical College of Wisconsin/Froedtert, Children’s Wisconsin, and regional otolaryngology faculty in Wisconsin. Her projects have explored pediatric otologic NTM infection, adult cleft lip and palate, tympanostomy tube outcomes in children with Down syndrome, drug-induced sleep endoscopy airway collapse patterns in obstructive sleep apnea, and rare sinonasal and laryngologic case reports. Before medical school, Robin earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Emergency Management from Boston University School of Medicine and worked in healthcare innovation at various tech startups for over six years.
