Michael J. Cunningham, M.D. is Otolaryngologist-in-Chief of the Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Enhancement at the Children’s Hospital Boston, and Professor of Otolaryngology at the Harvard Medical School. He is a past president of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and a past chair of the Executive Committee of the Section on Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the AAP Surgery Advisory Panel. His principal academic focus has been graduate medical education, having previously served as Vice Chair of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education Otolaryngology Residency Review Committee. His clinical interests include pediatric head & neck surgery and sinus disease.
