Margaret Tiner is a senior speech-language pathologist and lead clinician for the SLP voice, upper airway and swallowing team at the University of Michigan, Michigan Medicine. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adults with speech, voice, resonance, and swallowing impairments related to head and neck cancer, laryngeal dysfunction, and upper airway disorders. Her clinical research interests include the role of prosthetic rehabilitation on articulation,and resonance, as well as acute laryngeal injury affecting voice amd swallowing. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders from the University of Houston and a Master of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. She attained board certification in swallowing and swallowing disorders in 2014.
