Jessica Concepcion is a medical student at Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Science with a minor in Disabilities in Society from the University of Florida.
A Cuban American born and raised in Hialeah, Florida, Jessica is interested in culturally responsive, patient-centered care. Her interest in otolaryngology is shaped by her background in disability studies and her appreciation for the role of hearing, voice, communication, and quality of life in patient care.
Outside of medicine, Jessica enjoys dancing, yoga, and Pilates.
