I am Joehassin Cordero, MD, FACS, a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-H&N Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, located in Lubbock, Texas. I practice general otolaryngology with an emphasis on endocrine surgery, sleep surgery (including Inspire implants), otologic surgery (including cochlear implants and mastoid surgery), robotic surgery, and vagal nerve stimulation.
I follow a high-protein diet, do daily workouts, including three days of full-body and two days of HIIT, and mountain bike on weekends. I serve my communities on multiple boards and attend a non-denominational church, Trinity Church, where I serve as an elder.
