Dr. Zopf is a Tenured Associate Professor, Surgeon-Scientist and serial innovator, currently serving as Principal Investigator on 2 NIH R01 equivalent awards. He was a Tenured Associate Professor in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Michigan where he led a medical innovation lab and practiced for nine years. He recently came on as Chief of the Pediatric Otolaryngology Division for the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Wisconsin. He additionally serves as the Department Director of Innovation.
Dr. Zopf founded an annual international virtual dissection course, utilizing 3D printed high fidelity models for Pediatric and Facial Plastic Fellows, now supported by ASPO and Fellowships. He also particpates in global outreach and is passionate about innovating for broad and accessible impact.
