Camden Richter, BA, is a fourth-year medical student at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. She is pursuing a career in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery with interests in head and neck oncology, cancer research, and improving access to specialty care for underserved populations. During medical school, Camden has been involved in clinical and outcomes-based research focused on cancer care, healthcare disparities, and otolaryngology. She is passionate about advancing patient-centered care through research, education, and community engagement and plans to continue these efforts throughout her surgical training and career.
