Alireza Zonnour, MD, received his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and is currently a Basic Science and Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on vestibular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma) and sensorineural hearing loss, including cisplatin-induced, age-related, and noise-induced hearing loss. His work spans both clinical and translational research aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing understanding of auditory disorders.
