Ivan Loncar is a medical student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) completing a dedicated research year in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Wayne Hsueh at Rutgers NJMS in Newark, New Jersey. His research interests span rhinology, laryngology, and pediatric otolaryngology, with active projects examining tracheostomy outcomes, novel clinical applications of RADA16, and additional collaborative work across the specialty. A performing musician, lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and pianist, Ivan's long-standing engagement with voice and performance has deepened his clinical interest in laryngology. He is committed to pursuing residency training in Otolaryngology to improve patient outcomes across the full spectrum of head and neck disease.
