Dr Christina Ng is an Assistant Professor at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School in Singapore. She is also a Consultant at the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Sengkang General Hospital, Singapore. She completed her undergraduate medical training at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Singapore, in 2012, graduating with bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery. She was elected a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) in 2015. She underwent postgraduate training in Otolaryngology and was awarded Master of Medicine (Otolaryngology) degree by the National University of Singapore in 2017. She completed her Otolaryngology Residency in 2021 and was subsequently elected a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
She was awarded the Singapore Ministry of Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship Award and served as a Clinical Instructor at the Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, Stanford Healthcare from 2023 to 2024. During her fellowship, she trained under a world-renowned laryngology team, focusing on complex voice, airway and swallowing conditions.
Dr. Ng is active in clinical research and has presented at numerous local and international Otolaryngology conferences. She has published multiple scientific papers in peer-reviewed international Otolaryngology journals and is also a peer reviewer for several of these journals.
She is passionate about teaching, having volunteered her time teaching residents and medical students. She serves as Clinical Core Faculty for the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Programme.
