Inspired by NPR’s “Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!” weekly news quiz show, “Wait, Wait Do Tell Me” (WWDTM) is a unique OTO-twist on the popular show. Michael Platt, MD will host along with Whit Mims, MD, and AAO-HNSF journals Editor in Chief Cecelia E. Schmalbach, MD, MSc, and Associate Editors, Michael J. Brenner, MD, and James G. Naples, MD, will be the inaugural participants. During this session, panelists are quizzed in humorous ways about articles that appeared in the journals this past year.

You can test your knowledge against some of the best and brightest in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery while figuring out what's real and what's made up.

News Quiz:
The core of the session is a quiz where panelists answer questions about articles that were published in the journals this past year.

Fake Publication Identification:
Another key segment involves attendees and panelists identifying which findings/items are genuine and which are fabricated by the hosts.

Limerick and Impersonation Games:
Other games include deciphering article-related limericks.
