This session consists of three focused lectures followed by an expert panel discussion. Topics include current guidelines and evidence for PTC ablation, appropriate selection of microcarcinoma and recurrent cases, oncologic limitations, and surveillance strategies. Procedural risk factors and techniques to reduce RLN and skin injury are reviewed, along with management algorithms for rupture and hematoma. Challenging cases and complication scenarios are discussed interactively.
