Medical management of chronic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is rapidly evolving with the introduction of biologic therapies, yet their optimal integration into practice remains a critical knowledge gap identified by the AAO-HNSF Academy as a 2025 educational priority. Although biologics were approved for CRSwNP beginning in 2019, guidance on patient selection, timing relative to surgery, and long-term management continues to evolve. This panel will review real-world cases and evidence-based treatment algorithms, address cost, access, safety, and multidisciplinary care, and discuss emerging biologics and future directions in CRS management.
