We will explore both clinical non-clinical avenues—such as research collaboration, public health initiatives, and academic development—that elevate local expertise and ensure long-term sustainability. The session will conclude with actionable takeaways for attendees seeking to engage in global ENT work that is inclusive, ethical, and impact-driven.
