This panel will explore how three large private practices, operating in distinct geographic regions, navigate the complexities of practice management in today’s healthcare environment. Panelists will respond to moderator-led questions examining how regional differences shape human resources, payer contracting, real estate and related entity ownership, and health system relationships. At the same time, the discussion will highlight shared economies of scale and back-office strategies that transcend geography and enable successful, sustainable growth.

Learning Objectives:

Evaluate different potential options for integration and/or aggregation of physician practices in your unique regional geography.
Demonstrate an understanding of the metrics used to determine your practice's enterprise value including an understanding of the calculations used to determine EBIDTA and the levers available to maximize your practice's EBIDTA.
Evaluate mechanisms for insourcing versus outsourcing of non-clinical services to maximize efficiency and optimize patient care.
