Introduction: Lateralization of the middle turbinate (MT) following endoscopic sinus surgery remains a primary cause of surgical failure, leading to middle meatal synechiae, ostial obstruction, and impaired frontal sinus drainage. While middle turbinate suture medialization is the gold standard for stabilizing this structure, many surgeons find traditional endonasal knot tying technically demanding and time-consuming.
This "Master of Surgery" video presentation introduces the "Supercoil" method—a refined, reproducible technique for securing the MT-septal pexy stitch. The Supercoil method utilizes a unique coiling mechanism that allows for precise tensioning and high-security knot placement within the narrow nasal corridor using standard endoscopic instruments.

The goals of this presentation are to:
1. Demonstrate the step-by-step application of the Supercoil knot-tying technique during a middle turbinate pexy.
